TotalMobile Announce Alcoholic Beverage Control Solution
TotalMobile North America announced today their new mobile solution for Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Departments in the US. The solution allows departments to schedule and assign enforcement and inspection duties. The agents in the field can then use their mobile device to view license information and to capture inspection results as well as violations which are then seamlessly transmitted to the back-office eliminating the need for data entry.
TotalMobile offers a prepackaged mobile applications platform focused on field force automation. TotalMobile’s ABC Mobile Solution provides inspectors, investigators and officers with real-time access to license information, change of ownership, previous violations, inspection codes and organization procedures on their mobile device while out in the field. Agents are now able to generate, process, and print permits, licenses and compliance certificates directly in the field. In addition to increasing efficiency in the field, TotalMobile’s ABC Mobile Solution provides field officers with lone worker protection allowing them to contact emergency services in unpredictable situations.
